Toonly has this feature already, no? At least fade out in already in there.

While we have fade out, it's to a preset length of time (about 0.5 seconds). It would be nice to be able to adjust the length of the fade, so I created this request. https://www.toonly.com/requests/home/idea/365/adjust-fade-in-out-time-for-music

Great Idea, we surely need fade/fade out, better if we have sync option as well where last scene can adjust few seconds based on the fade out
